Yes. If your child travels around with his phone or tablet, he/she will require a data plan in order for Tittle to monitor or track the device’s usage/location data. It is possible to stay connected via a wifi connection; however, this means that when the device is out of the wifi zone, the tracking function will cease to work until the child device is “online” again.
