• Check if your child is connected to the Internet. You will need the connection for the schedule and device status to be updated.

  • Make sure the Android/iOS system date, time or time zone is the same on both your device and your child’s device. 

  • Check that the schedule you have created has the same date, time and timezone as both your device and your child’s device

  • Sometimes, there may be a slight delay on Google Cloud, iOS’s MDM or the server. Please wait for a few minutes and check if the device is still blocked/unblocked.
