Check if your child is connected to the Internet. You will need the connection for the schedule and device status to be updated.
Make sure the Android/iOS system date, time or time zone is the same on both your device and your child’s device.
Check that the schedule you have created has the same date, time and timezone as both your device and your child’s device
Sometimes, there may be a slight delay on Google Cloud, iOS’s MDM or the server. Please wait for a few minutes and check if the device is still blocked/unblocked.
